My journey into natural medicine began with a strong desire to help others and a genuine fascination with how the mind and body work. In a world overflowing with health advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. I’m here to help you cut through the noise and discover what truly works for you, with clarity, care, and compassion.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding what lies beneath the surface: what’s really happening on a physiological, neurological, and biochemical level that influences how we feel, function, and show up in the world. For me, it’s never just about managing symptoms; it’s about uncovering what’s driving them, and how those processes manifest in the broader picture of your health and daily experience.
By exploring the micro level, including cellular, molecular, and neurological mechanisms, we gain meaningful insight into the macro: mood, energy, focus, resilience, behaviour, and overall wellbeing. These aspects are deeply interconnected, and understanding their intricate interplay is essential to supporting you as a whole person.
I take the time to understand your unique health story. That includes not only physical symptoms, but also the emotional, mental, and behavioural patterns that may be shaping your current state. I believe lasting change happens when we consider how your unique biology connects with your history, environment, emotions and nervous system.
My approach combines the latest scientific research with traditional naturopathic wisdom, because I don’t believe we have to choose between the two. The most transformative care happens when science and tradition are integrated, and treatment is tailored to what truly serves you as an individual.
Most importantly, I will meet you where you are and create a treatment plan that reflects your goals, lifestyle, and capacity. It will be grounded in science, guided by nature, shaped by your unique experiences, and designed to support sustainable and meaningful change.
